Kyle is an established international business expansion and marketing professional with over 7 years of experience in working with early stage and digital companies on development, expansion, and branding initiatives. He has spent the last 3 three years of his career at the UAE Embassy in Washington DC’s Trade & Commercial Office where he has spearheaded a diverse range of portfolio verticals including start ups, venture capital, private equity, media, retail, entertainment, sports, renewable energy, and healthcare, among others.
Kyle worked extensively with SWFs and HNWIs in the GCC with exposure to the venture capital ecosystem on developing fund of fund strategies as well as direct investment mandates. He has been featured in Forbes Middle East, Arabian Business, Gulf Business, The National, and many other publications addressing the GCC based investor and venture capital ecosystems. Kyle has lead direct investments in over 40+ early stage companies with over 78 tier 1 and tier 2 venture capital firms participating in the deals.
Prior to that he worked with the largest early stage retail development firm in the world as Director of Development for the GCC.
His understanding and connectivity in the GCC in both public and private sectors is unparalleled and uniquely positions him as an ideal expert in the examination and selection of companies that are viable for growth in the market.

Omar has over 12 years of international experience in corporate finance, corporate communications, management consulting, strategy, investor relations and venture capital.

Omar spent 10 years of his career with OCI N.V. in Cairo and New York focusing on investor relations, strategy and corporate finance where he worked on over $35 billion worth of corporate transactions. Previously, Omar was with Deloitte Tax LLP in Chicago and Deutsche Bank’s Leveraged Finance team in London.
Omar also has extensive experience in private equity and venture capital, having founded his own startup, Premier Foods SAE, which manages two gourmet fast food brands in Egypt. Omar previously advised Hikma Pharmaceuticals’ corporate venture arm Hikma Ventures on its digital healthcare investments. Omar is also an angel investor in various startups including Andela, FiscalNote and Quarrio Corp and has deployed capital in close to 50 technology startups across a multitude of sectors alongside tier 1 and tier 2 venture capital firms. Omar also sits on the Board of various companies and associations including Gold Cleats Inc. and the Middle East Investor Relations Association (MEIRA).
Omar holds a BA in Economics and Political Science with Honors from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Abdulla is also active in the economic advisory of influential leaders within Abu Dhabi. He also has an experience in working in investment at sovereign wealth fund and a major oil company.
Abdulla is a co-founder of Gold Cleats Global Inc.. He has also financially supported several start-ups and businesses that have been backed by notable venture capital entities including Google Ventures, NEA, Spark Capital, and First Round Capital, among others.. Abdulla’s entrepreneurial mindset and financial sixth sense brings a very valuable set of expertise to the team of Arab Angel Fund.
As a Director of Economic and Energy Affairs for an Abu Dhabi based Authority, Abdulla leads a team that conducts targeted research and provides strategic economic policy advice to the senior leadership of two distinctive authoritative bodies within the capital. During his 10 years tenure at this Authority, Abdulla helped analyze future energy demand across the UAE and develop strategies to meet that demand. He has also worked extensively in many critical policies in the UAE, such as the nuclear project and energy bilateral agreements and concessions. He brings a unique policy perspective based upon his combined government and private sector work experience.
Abdulla is a graduate of Suffolk University-Boston Massachusetts majoring in International Economics. Master degree in Security and Strategic study. He completed the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School, and the Strategic and Risk Management Program at Stanford University.
Mayssoun Habra, Chartered FCSI, is a Founding Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Y Asset Management, a multi family office and a consultancy business based in London that has been newly setup to provide wealth management services to UHNWIs, mainly from the Middle East.
Mayssoun is a Chartered Fellow of the Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and has served in executive roles in large banking groups, most recently at Societe Generale Private Banking Hambros including Director, Group Head of Middle East, and has built a successful business that earned her a great reputation in the financial industry.
Mayssoun received the Outstanding Young Private Banker award by Private Banker International in 2014 in recognition of her client centricity, well informed advice and quality service.
Prior to joining SGPB Hambros in 2008, Mayssoun Habra worked and held senior executive positions at National Bank of Dubai and Emirates NBD Bank in London from 1999 to 2008

Presently he is managing the private investments and strategic partnership activities of Sheikh Saeed Al Maktoum. He is also the Executive Counselor of Al Fajer Investments & Development, an investment division of Al Fajer Enterprises, a holding group of companies owned by His Highness Sheikh Hasher Al Maktoum. Both Sheikhs are members of the royal family of Dubai.
Currently, his main day-to-day activities are focused on managing SEED Group. As a Group C.E.O., H.E. Al Gurg manages 8 growing companies in 6 diversified industries. The group’s core activities are Telecom Services, Media Production, Legal Services, General Trading, Business Services, Interior & Architecture Design, and Real Estate Investment and Management.
He is also the UAE sponsor of the Chinese petroleum giant “Sinopec Petroleum”. Sinopec is one of the five largest energy corporations in the world, headquartered in Beijing.

Mr. Saud Al Nowais has spent the past 12 years in public service starting as a research analyst and later promoted to a managerial position at the Executive Affairs Authority of Abu Dhabi (EAA) in the Economic Department. Al Nowais worked on energy-related projects and programs, such as oil and gas initiatives, alternative sources of energy and most recently the UAE’s nuclear program. He also worked on environmental and social issues in tandem with industry representatives to affect positive change throughout the country. Al Nowais is currently serving as the Commercial Counselor for the United Arab Emirates to the United States of America. Al Nowais has focused on strengthening the bilateral trade relationship between the US and the UAE, assisting both countries in identifying mutually beneficial trade and investment opportunities. Al Nowais operates at all levels of government and business in a continued effort to bring prosperity and growth to both economies as well as facilitate the development of commercial relationships between the two nations.
Saud is a passionate soccer player, he learnt the sport by watching his brother Fahad who played in the 1990 world cup as part of the UAE National Team. Inspiration from his brother as well as his passion for the game resulted in Saud founding GoldCleats.com, a soccer platform that connects young soccer players with Clubs, Teams, Scouts, Agents and general recruiters through profiles and videos. The platform has over 90,000 soccer players from 181 countries.
As an active angel investor, Saud invested in several different startups across different sectors. Some of Saud's investments that have funding from major Venture Capital firms as well as notable Super Angel investors include the COOLS.com, Blend, Andela, Smartup, StowAwayCosmetics, OneLocal, Quarrio, DashRadio, and Fiscal Note.
Al Nowais completed a master’s degree in Strategic Security Studies at the National Defense University - College of International Security Affairs in Washington, DC. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the American University of Sharjah (AUS). Mr. Al Nowais graduated from the American Community School of Abu Dhabi (ACS).
